Apply the first layer as a normal thin, closed, even layer. This way you will have less orange peel effect that you would have to level out with the second coat. Otherwise, you will have to add too much product.
Do not leave your clear coat on the floor in winter.
Always use the hardeners and thinners recommended by the manufacturer.
Recommended nozzle for a good finish: 1.2 mm with TEIIO.
Don't mix your filler too quickly, or you'll get air bubbles inside which could turn into holes later.
Sand fillers with a 2.5-3.0 mm stroke, grit P400-P600, do not use water.
Ensure there is a proper airflow when drying in the spray booth. Always ensure that the floor and ceiling filters are clean to maintain good, even air circulation in the spray booth.
The optimum application temperature for the clear coat is 17–19 degrees.
Follow the TMs of 4CR. Do not add too much thinner.
When fast-drying the clear coat, always use the full duration and heat setting recommended.
To avoid any traces of filler, apply a thin, open coat. It only takes a few seconds to dry, after which you can apply a full coat.
2-3% hardener, a small amount.
For corners, edges and hard-to-reach places, use our Double Cut green for fast cutting and matting.
To ensure a clean, smooth surface, wipe off the silicone remover with a microfibre cloth.
